Commitment to Professionalism:
To insure that all citizens and employees are treated in a professional
and fair manner. Specifically within the department I plan to
eliminate the "Good Old Boy" way of doing business, by implementing
a promotional process that will provide the department and the community
with a professional staff |

To actively seek state and federal grants and funds to upgrade the
department's technology and equipment. These funds will guarantee
a better future for the department and the community. |

Commitment to Fiscal Responsibility:
To be accountable for the taxpayer's money as it is spent on the
Sheriff's Department to insure that the funds are spent in the
most efficient and beneficial manner. Also, I will request a complete
audit of all department assets and financial dealings to verify
proper accounting practices. |

Commitment to Quality of Life Issues:
I will implement such programs as; Disorderly House identification &
prosecution and a Crime Free Multi Housing Program. Both of these
programs have had a positive effect in other communities and have
improved the quality of life for those residents. |
